6 Candidates For Homer D33C Board Of Education
There are three positions up for election in April.
HOMER GLEN, IL — Six candidates are running for three open positions on the Homer District 33C Board of Education in the April 4 consolidated election, according to the unofficial candidate list from the Will County Clerk's Office.
Candidates could withdraw from candidacy, but as of Dec. 28, six candidates will run for the three open positions.
The three positions are for 4-year terms.

The candidates are:
- Elizabeth Hitzeman
- Christopher Trzeciak
- Debra Martin
- Lawrence Vacala
- Nicholas Kolliniatis
- David Ondyak
Martin, Hitzeman, and Trzeciak are all incumbent board members. Martin currently serves as board president, and Hitzeman serves as vice president of the board.
