Will County Clerk Launches New Online Vital Records Ordering Platform

WILL COUNTY, IL — Will County Clerk Annette Parker announced that her office has launched a new online Vital Records ordering platform.

The new system, which launched earlier this month through the Will County Clerk's Office website, replaces an ordering process that had been in place for decades, the clerk's office said.

Working in partnership with Fidlar Technologies through its Official Records Online portal, the upgraded platform allows residents to securely search for and purchase certified copies of birth, marriage and death records online.

The new platform offers an improved ordering process, enhanced mobile accessibility, lower service fees, and expanded delivery options, according to a news release.

Parker said she has made modernization a top priority since taking office.

"Since becoming Will County Clerk, I have focused on modernizing services, improving technology, and making government more accessible and efficient," Parker said in a release. "These efforts not only provide better service to the public but also demonstrate my commitment to innovation and the responsible stewardship of taxpayer resources."

Residents can now complete the entire ordering process through the Will County Clerk's Office website, willcountyclerk.gov, allowing them to securely obtain certified vital records from anywhere, at any time, a news release shares.
