The videos were taken outside of the victim's home and without the victim's knowledge or consent, police said.

"Cagnina is known to both the victim and her mother," police said.

The criminal complaint was filed Wednesday, according to Will County court documents.

Police said an arrest warrant was secured for Cagnina. He does not appear to be custody as of Friday, according to the Will County Jail log.
