Balich, repair and maintenance items exempt from building permits
Balich, starts the process of eliminating the need for a permit for repair or maintenance of your property.
May Will County Board Video shows the vote to begin elimination of a building permit for some repair and maintenance items. The Process began at the Will County Land Use Committee in August 2017. The process of identifying specific items has begun with the vote by the full County Board in May.
