Breakfast With Bunny, Egg Hunts Planned By Lockport Park District

The first event, a breakfast and egg hunt with Peter Rabbit, will be held on March 25.

LOCKPORT, IL — Spring will soon be upon us, and that means it's time for egg hunts and visits from the Easter bunny.

Lockport Township Park District will hold a breakfast and egg hunt with Peter Rabbit on March 25. Registration is required for the event, which is $15 for residents ages 2-11, and $20 for residents 12 and older. There are two different time slots, from 8:30 to 10 a.m., and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., according to the park district.

The event will be held at Prairie Bluff Golf Club, 19433 Renwick Road.

If you'd prefer to search for eggs in the dark, the park district will also hold its Egg-Luminate Night Hunt on March 31. Registration is required by March 29, and it is $15 per resident and $20 per nonresident.

The egg hunt will be held at Dellwood Park Community Center, and also include a family entertainer, pizza and drinks. If weather is bad, the egg hunt will be inside, according to the park district.
