Bring Light and Love to the Philippines
solar; renewable; sustainable; solutions; Philippines; Pinoy; hope; light; love
Let's bring JOY, LIGHT and OPPORTUNITY to those living without electricity in the Philippines!
In February 2017, I will travel with Watts of Love to the Philippines to deliver light to those who--once the sun sets--live in darkness or rely on expensive and dangerous kerosene. 1,000 families will receive the gift of safe light. With an average of 6 family members, that's 6,000 people who will benefit!
In addition, Watts of Love teaches and encourages the recipients to save the money they have been spending on kerosene to invest it in a sustainable source of income. A chicken, pig, or cow. For most, this is the first time anyone has ever told them that they are capable of achieving bold dreams.
I'm asking for your help to raise $5,000 for 100 lights. Would you please consider how you can help?
- Donate. Your donation goes directly toward the purchase of solar-paneled lights, the distribution, and the one-on-one training of their use. I appreciate any support you can provide! The process is fast, easy, secure, and tax-deductible.
