Just in time for our summer reading theme, Level Up at Your Library, we will be welcoming local children's author, Kate Hannigan, to talk about and read from her picture book biography for young readers, Blips on a Screen: How Ralph Baer Invented TV Video Gaming and Launched a Worldwide Obsession.

Learn about the creation of the first ever console video gaming system, then walk form past to present with our video gaming console timeline. This event will bring together Atari, Nintendo 64, Nintendo NES, XBOX 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, and Playstation 5! All ages are welcome!
