Cancer Fears the Survivor Benefit

Friends and coworkers of Kristen Cuttill are holding a fundraising benefit Cancer Fears the Survivor for the young Lockport resident.

Thirty-six year old Kristen was diagnosed with ovarian cancer earlier this year and is currently undergoing treatment. Proceeds from the event, which will be held on June 3, 6 p.m.-12 a.m. at Mullets Sports Bar and Restaurant in Homer Glen, will help offset expenses related to her cancer treatments and recovery.

The benefit event will feature live musical entertainment by Peanut Bitter ad the Jams, Pure Pilot, Stone Cookies, Rollin’ Zen and Dj Alien. There will be refreshments, a cash bar, 5050 raffle and more. Admission is $30 through 5/26, and $35 at the door. Donations are welcome.
