Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser Planned For LTHS Band, Color Guard

LOCKPORT, IL — The first annual chili cook-off fundraiser will be held Feb. 4 for the Lockport Township High School band and color guard program.

The event, held at the Lockport VFW at 1026 E. Ninth St., will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., according to the City website.

All proceeds benefit the high school's band and color guard program.

Tickets are $5 per person at the door, and include chili samples, corn bread, hot dog, chips, lemonade and dessert. There will also be a cash bar and additional chili available for purchase.
