Electric Aggregation Program Ending
The City of Lockport is part of the Will County Electric Aggregation Group which selected Constellation as its electric supplier from October 2018 through October 2021. ComEd recently released its rates for the next 12 months. These rates will be lower than those provided by Constellation. Effective November 2021, the City will be returning to ComEd as its electric supplier.
