Trick-or-Treat Hours
Halloween night will be upon us soon and we will see goblins and ghouls meandering the streets of Lockport. We ask that drivers please keep a lookout for the master pumpkin carvers at play as they shuffle from house to house in hopes of some treats that day.

Trick-or-Treating will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021. The City encourages residents who do not want to participate in Trick-or-Treating to turn off their porch lights and post a notice to visitors that they will not be participating this year. The City has prepared a non-participation sign for residents to download and print. The sign can be found here: https://bit.ly/2Hwb47V
