Code Ninjas Opening Soon In Homer Glen

HOMER GLEN, IL — Homer Glen's newest business will teach kids how to build video games and learn coding. Code Ninjas is opening in November in Homer Glen at 14236 S. Bell Road.

The business will hold its grand opening celebration at 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 16. There will be game-building sessions, robotics, treats, prizes and more at the celebration.

According to the business' website, coding lessons are offered for kids ages 7-14. Kids can progress through the business' lessons from white to black belt.

Hours for the business are: (for the center) 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday. Student hours are 3 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday.

Code Ninjas has locations throughout the United States and several in Illinois. In nearby towns, there are locations in Frankfort, Elmhurst, Chicago, Naperville, New Lenox, Oak Park, Orland Hills and Westmont.
