District 33C Gathers Input For Reopening Plan

Families can take a survey from the district to choose how they want schools to reopen.

HOMER GLEN, IL — As districts prepare their school reopening plans for the fall, District 33C in Homer Glen is asking parents to complete a survey to share input.

"As we continue to plan for in-person learning in the fall, we don't want to make decisions without gathering input from the community," the district said on its Facebook page.

Families can fill out the survey online by July 13 and the results will then be shared with the remote learning task force, the district said.

The survey offers four options for the question: "What is your first choice for returning to school in the fall?"

Families can choose: every day in-person learning, blended schedule of in-person and remote, full remote learning, or the child isn't returning to school in the fall.
