HOMER GLEN, IL — Plans for a standalone Dunkin' drive-thru moved forward at the Homer Glen Village Board meeting on Wednesday.
The Board approved an ordinance granting a final plat of subdivision for the development of a Dunkin' at the northwest corner of 151st Street and South Bell Road.
In April, the Board approved the preliminary plat of subdivision, rezoning and special use permits for the development. A plan commission workshop for the Dunkin' proposal was held in December 2025.

"The plan commission recommended approval, [the board] recommended approval. Provided they meet all the final engineering and building code requirements, I do not have any issues," Trustee Curtis Mason said.
Trustee Mike LePore said this new location will eliminate the Dunkin' location inside the gas station on 151st and Bell Road.
