Fundraiser Planned Tuesday For Homer Glen Nonprofit After Barn Fire
The fundraiser will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Tazza, 14065 S. Bell Road, in Homer Glen.
HOMER GLEN, IL — After a fire at one of its barns last month, the Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy is holding a fundraiser to help repair and re-insulate its damaged horse arena.
The Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy is a nonprofit based in Homer Glen that provides therapeutic riding for people with special needs.
The fundraiser will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Tazza, 14065 S. Bell Road, in Homer Glen. Proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to HRET.

Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come basis for $30, according to the nonprofit. The ticket includes a spaghetti and meatball buffet, 50/50 raffle and an auction to win a Bo Jackson Elite Sports bundle worth $1,235. The bundle includes a one-of-a-kind signed custom framed print with a certificate of authenticity, MLB signed baseball, Bo Knows baseball cap, and a $395 gift certificate to Bo Jackson's Elite Sports Complex in Lockport.
HRET also has a GoFundMe to help raise funds for the nonprofit.
