HellsGate Hosts Trick-Or-Treating Charity Fundraiser

All proceeds from the event will be donated to local Lockport charities.

LOCKPORT, IL — HellsGate Haunted House and Zombie Army productions will again host its annual trick-or-treat charity fundraiser at HellsGate in Lockport.

The haunted house, which was recently named third best in the country by Hauntworld, will open during the day on Oct. 30 for a trick-or-treating experience for the whole family. The event is open to all ages, and guests can check out the woods and haunted mansion (with the lights on), a release from the business states.

The fundraiser will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The event also includes a costume contest at 2:30 p.m.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to local Lockport charities, the business said.

It is $12, admission is purchased on-site at the ticket booth. All guests must park at 301 W. Second St., and will be shuttled to the property. Parking and the shuttle are free.
