Homer Fest Fireworks Info, Parking

HOMER GLEN, IL — The first day of Homer Community Festival has already started and the fireworks show will close out the night on Thursday. Despite some rain in the area, the fireworks show is still starting at dusk.

The village said the ground is wet, and boots are suggested for the fireworks viewing and entertainment tents. Parking is available at the township sports fields. After all the lots are full, parking will be directed to Oak Prairie Junior High School, 15161 S. Gougar Road. Shuttle buses will be available.

The main lot and farm lot will be closed due to wet conditions. The village said drop-off and pick-up are available in front of Village Hall; enter at the east side off Heritage Circle.
