Homer Glen Ability Awareness Committee Holds Spring Open House

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Village's Ability Awareness Committee will hold a spring open house to share ideas and information on March 14.

The open house will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Village Hall community room, 14240 W. 151st St.

There will be pizza, ice cream and a craft at the event, according to the Village. Guests can come to learn more about the committee, meet members, and share ideas.

The committee's mission is to "promote awareness and advocate for an inclusive community," according to the Village website.

Registration for the event is required by March 10.
