Homer Glen Approves Small Business Loan Program
The village board of trustees has approved a small business loan program to help businesses survive disruptions due to the coronavirus.
HOMER GLEN, IL — The Homer Glen village board of trustees has approved a small business assistance program to help businesses survive current disruptions due to the coronavirus. The village said the program, "Keep the Lights On," was approved at the March 25 board meeting.
Eligible businesses could receive up to a $10,000 line of credit, and the loans will be offered at zero percent interest. According to the village, some requirements for eligibility include: the business must have been open on March 16; it is located and operates in Homer Glen; is independently-owned; and has less than $1,500,000 annual gross revenue.
