Homer Glen Holds Annual Coat Drive
The Village will collect new and gently used winter coats, scarves and gloves.
HOMER GLEN, IL — Homer Glen will hold its annual coat drive from Dec. 3 to Jan. 3.
The Village will collect new and gently used winter coats, scarves and gloves. Donations are accepted at Village Hall, 14240 W. 151st St., during business hours.
The coats will be given to The Salvation Army, who will give the items to neighbors in need, the Village said.

Also at Village Hall, residents can recycle working or non-working holiday lights. Mini-lights, extension cords, rope lights and LED lights are accepted, according to the Village. A bin is located inside the lobby.
