Homer Glen Hosts Spring Food Drive

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Village of Homer Glen's spring food drive will begin April 3, collecting food for the Lockport Food Pantry.
A trailer will be placed in front of Village Hall from April 3 to April 13 to collect donations, according to the Village website.
Some needed donations include: boxed milk, seeds, tuna, crackers, tea bags, coffee, spices, sugar, flour, eggs, feminine hygiene products, stuffing, cake mix, dishwashing detergent and butter.

The Lockport Food Pantry is at 1463 S. Farrell Road, and is open from 8:30 to 11 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
