Homer Glen, Lemont Creamery Locations Offer Holiday Festivities
Both ice cream shop locations will offer character visits, and a holiday tree lighting in Homer Glen.
HOMER GLEN, IL — The Creamery, at both its Homer Glen and Lemont locations, has lots of events on tap this holiday season, Sales and Marketing Manager Leah Sisk shared with Patch.
One of the business' most popular events, igloo bookings, have already started at the Homer Glen location, Sisk said.
Guests eat in a heated igloo, with the option of a build your own sundae tower or build your own hot cocoa tower. You'll also get an insulated bag to take home any leftovers, Sisk said.

Holiday characters will also pay a visit to both Homer Glen and Lemont. First up will be Captain America at noon on Nov. 12 in Lemont, followed by Santa at 2 p.m. on Dec. 2 in Homer Glen, and Elsa at noon on Dec. 3 in Lemont. No tickets are required for the character visit events.
Lastly, the Homer Glen location will hold its annual tree lighting on Nov. 24.

Sisk said the annual tradition features over 10,000 lights on the 50-foot tree, as well as a 30-minute synchronized light show.
The Homer Glen Creamery is at 15112 S. Bell Road; and the Lemont location is at 400 E. Illinois St., Unit A.
