The homeowner said Mroz was "not acting normal" and since they have had issues in the past, they wanted Mroz out of the house.

HOMER GLEN, IL — A Homer Glen man has been charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer after threatening deputies and kicking one in the stomach, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office. Christopher Mroz, 34, of the 14500 block of South Coachmans Road, was arrested Monday and booked into Will County Adult Detention Facility.
At 9:46 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a home in the 14500 block of Coachman for a call of an unwanted subject, police said. When they arrived, deputies spoke with the homeowner, who is a relative of Mroz's. The homeowner said Mroz was "not acting normal" and since they have had issues in the past, they wanted Mroz out of the house.
Police said they entered the home and found Mroz on the staircase. They asked him to take a seat on the stairs so they could talk to him. Mroz became angry and started "walking aggressively" toward the deputies. Police told him several times to take a seat and stop.
