Homer Glen Seeking Parks And Recreation Committee Member

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Village of Homer Glen is seeking a resident who would like to join the Parks and Recreation Committee, according to the Village website.

The committee meets at 9:30 a.m. on the first Friday of the month and at 4 p.m. on the third Monday of the month.

According to the Village, members of the committee have various duties including: assisting with grant applications for park and recreation facilities, recommending trail expansion, recommending play features for parks, and working on policies, master plans, special events and recreational opportunities.
