Homer Library Holds Rock Painting Class
You can design and paint your rock at home or come to one of the library's Rock Painting classes.
HOMER GLEN, IL — Residents will be able to take part in the design of a special art garden at Homer Library by painting rocks. You can purchase a rock for $2 and support the Rock Painting Fundraiser at the library.
According to the library, you can then design and paint your rock at home or come to one of the library's Rock Painting classes. Classes will be held Tuesday, April from 6 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; and Thursday, May 24 from 6 to 7 p.m.
The event is sponsored by Homer Glen Junior Woman's Club, the Homer Glen Foundation and Schroeder Materials, Inc.
