Homer Township Library Opening To Public 3 Days A Week

Hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday (2 to 3 p.m. for seniors and at-risk patrons) and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

HOMER GLEN, IL — After several months of offering only curbside pick-up services, the Homer Township Public Library will welcome the public back to the library building three days a week.

According to the library's Facebook page, temporary hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, 2 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday (with 2 to 3 p.m. for seniors and at-risk patrons) and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Face masks will be required and there is a 25-person capacity in the library (including staff). Visits will be express 15-minute 'grab n' go'.

According to the library's Facebook page, patrons will be able to check out and return materials, computer use is available for 30 minutes per day for residents only, and copying, faxing, scanning and printing services are available.
