Jersey Mike’s Subs Opening Wednesday in Lockport

LOCKPORT, IL – Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced and fresh grilled subs, will open at 16451 W. 159th St., in Lockport on Wednesday. According to a release from the business, franchise owner Mac Shimmon will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday to Sunday to support Lockport Love and Lockport Women's Group.

Customers with a special fundraising coupon may make a minimum $2 contribution to Lockport Love and Lockport Women's Group in exchange for a $1 regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

"We look forward to opening up in the Lockport area and rooting ourselves within a great community,” Shimmon said in a release. “Our organization is dedicated to providing neighborhood familiarity with our customers, while working hard to execute memorable food on a consistent basis."

Jersey Mike's has temporarily closed its dining areas, but guests can still place takeout orders in-store or pick-up through the website or Jersey Mike's app. Delivery is also available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners, according to a release.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

According to a release, Jersey Mike's Subs has more than 2,500 locations open and under development.
