Lockport Council Approves Dunkin' Concept Plan

The new development will be at the southwest corner of 159th and Farrell Road.

LOCKPORT, IL — At its Jan. 21 meeting, the Lockport City Council approved a concept plan for a Dunkin'.

According to Council documents, the multi-tenant drive-thru development is at the southwest corner of 159th Street and Farrell Road. Plans call for two single-tenant restaurant buildings, each with a drive-thru.

One of the buildings will be Dunkin', in a 2,300-square-foot space. The other building is 3,000 square feet and does not have an identified tenant yet, according to Council documents.

The site will have 36 parking spaces, and Dunkin' will have a drive-thru stacking lane to accommodate eight cars, Council dcouments state.
