Lockport Escape Room And Axe Throwing Plans Grand Opening

The event will feature food and games, and a free 10-minute escape room.

LOCKPORT, IL — Lockport's newest business, Lockport Escape Room and Axe Throwing, will hold its official ribbon cutting and grand opening on Feb. 18. The event is open to the public and all ages are welcome, according to the business.

The event will be held from 3 p.m. to midnight, with the ribbon cutting from 5 to 7 p.m. at the business, 16547 W. 159th St.

The event will feature food and games, and a free 10-minute escape room. Axe throwing is only for those ages 10 and up, the business said.

A 1-hour escape room will also be offered, and it is $25 per person for 1-4 people, and $22 per person for 5-8 people. One-hour axe throwing is $25 per person.
