The current bike plan was published in 2003, and the new plan is expected to be available in late summer.

LOCKPORT, IL – The city of Lockport will hold an open house for residents to discuss thoughts and ideas for new bike and trail connections. The city said it recently began to update its Bicycle/Pedestrian Master Plan to evaluate and implement additional opportunities for recreational amenities, alternative modes of transportation, and connecting Lockport to surrounding communities.
The current plan was published in 2003, and the new plan is expected to be available in late summer.
The city will hold an open house from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31 at city hall on the third floor. The city said input gathered from residents at the meeting will be used to develop the draft plan.
