Lockport Offers New Online Utility Billing System

LOCKPORT, IL — Lockport residents will now be able to pay their utility bills in an easier, more flexible way. According to the city, it has implemented a new online payment and electronic billing service called Invoice Cloud.

The city said with the improved bill pay service, residents can receive and view bills electronically and make payments online within the same portal using a credit/debit card or e-check. Additionally, residents can view real-time account information.

According to the city, residents will be able to: pay anytime, anywhere on your mobile device, receive email reminders, schedule a payment and view your bill online anytime.

If you are currently enrolled in paperless billing, you will need to re-register, the city said. If you are currently enrolled in automatic bank withdrawal for utility bills, your account and billing preferences will not be affected.
