Lockport Offers Rain Barrel, Composter Sale

LOCKPORT, IL — The City of Lockport will hold a rain barrel and composter sale, offering a 50 percent subsidy for residents, through June 13.

The City has once again partnered with The Conservation Foundation to offer rain barrels and composters to residents.

There is a limit of one subsidized rain barrel, and one subsidized composter per household, according to the City website. You must be a City of Lockport resident to qualify.

You can order the products online; prices vary depending on size. Pick-up will be between June 19 and June 23.
