Lockport Park District Holds E-Learning Camp

LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Township Park District will offer an e-learning camp for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. According to the park district Facebook page, the camp will continue based on the schools' e-learning schedule.

The camp is set to begin Aug. 31, and will be held Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Space is limited.

The camp will be held at Challenge Fitness, 2021 S. Lawrence Ave. According to the park district, activities will be set up to allow 6 feet of social distancing, and participants must bring a mask each day and keep an extra one in their bag. There will also be hand sanitizing stations set up through Challenge Fitness.

Staff will be available to assist students when necessary. Registration for the camp starts Aug. 19.
