LTHS Boys' Soccer Heads To Super-Sectional

LTHS will face off against Collinsville at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Bloomington High School.

LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Township High School boys' soccer team has advanced to the IHSA Class 3A super-sectional after defeating Romeoville High School in the sectional finals, according to IHSA results.

The Lockport boys' team defeated the Romeoville team 5-2 on Friday, and will now face off against Collinsville at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Bloomington High School.

The winner of Tuesday's super-sectional will play in the semifinals of the state tournament on Friday. The winner of the Lockport and Collinsville match will play the winner of York High School and Huntley, according to the IHSA website.

The semifinal of the state tournament will be played at 5 p.m. Friday, followed by the state championship match on Saturday.
