LTHS Boys' Soccer Team Advances To Sectional Final
Lockport will now face off against Romeoville High School in the sectional final at 6 p.m. on Friday.
LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Township High School's boys' soccer team will play in the IHSA Class 3A sectional finals after defeating Bloom Township in the semifinal match, according to IHSA results.
The boys' team defeated the Chicago Heights team 3-2 on Wednesday, and will now face off against Romeoville High School in the sectional final at 6 p.m. on Friday.
The boys' team has also earned a regional title this season, after defeating Shepard High School on Oct. 23.

The winner of Friday's sectional final will play in the super-sectional game on Nov. 2. The winner of the Collinsville sectional, which is Collinsville against Moline High School, will play the winner of the Lockport and Romeoville match-up, according to the IHSA website.
