LTHS Holds Ribbon Cutting For Coffee Shop
L-Town Grounds serves as a vocational training opportunity for students and offers experiential learning, the school said.

LOCKPORT, IL — A ribbon cutting for LTHS' coffee shop, L-Town Grounds, was held this week. The coffee shop launched in November, and kicked off its services by serving staff at Lockport East campus, Jeannette Castillo, Director of Public Relations, told Patch.
L-Town Grounds serves as a vocational training opportunity for students and offers experiential learning, Castillo said.
The beans are roasted at Gost Coffee in New Lenox, the school said.

"LTHS is excited about the partnership and the high-quality coffee [served] to staff and recently started serving our senior students during the school day," Castillo said.
