LOCKPORT, IL — Get into the spirit of Valentine's Day and make an "I Heart You" candle at the Lockport Library. The event, which is for adults and seniors, will be held at the library from 7 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 12.
According to the library website, participants will decorate white candles with festive decor, like glitter and hearts, for Valentine's Day.
