Open House Planned For Retiring Lockport Police Chief
The open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 13 at the department, 1212 S. Farrell Road.
LOCKPORT, IL — To celebrate the retirement of Lockport Police Chief Terry Lemming, the police department will hold an open house for partner agencies and the public.
The open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 13 at the department, 1212 S. Farrell Road. Coffee and cake will be served at the event.
Lemming has served as chief of police since he was first appointed to the role in 2013. In May, the Lockport City Council approved Lemming's successor, current Deputy Chief Richard Harang.
