Preschool Open House Planned At Lockport Park District

LOCKPORT, IL — If you have a little one who is approaching preschool age, you can check out Lockport Township Park District's Learning Step Preschool open house on Feb. 4.

The open house will be from 9 a.m. to noon at Dellwood Park Community Center, 1811 S. Lawrence Ave., in Lockport.

The park district's preschool offers options for 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, as well as preschool enrichment options.

"The philosophy of this preschool is that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring and discovery," the park district website states.

Children must be 3 or 4 by Sept. 1 to register for preschool.
