Request Sidewalk Repairs For Lockport's 2022 Program

The program allows residents to request replacement or repairs where sidewalks may be damaged.

LOCKPORT, IL — Requests for the City of Lockport's 2022 sidewalk repair and replacement program will be accepted until April 1, according to the city.

The program allows residents to request replacement or repairs where sidewalks may be damaged, the city said. Sidewalks which are cracked into three or more pieces, chipped or raised may meet requirements for the program.

Residents can request a sidewalk repair on the city website.

The program is funded by the City at no cost to residents. The city said requests are accepted year-round, but requests made after April 1 would be evaluated for replacement in 2023.
