Ribbon Cutting Planned For Lockport Bike Sharing Rental Site

LOCKPORT, IL — The Canal Corridor Association will hold a ribbon cutting for its I&M Canal Bike Share program in Lockport. The CCA and the Lockport Woman's Club will hold the ribbon cutting on Saturday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. at the patio of Public Landing Restaurant.

Lockport will be the site of on-site rentals as part of the bike sharing program, according to the city. Guests at the event will receive complimentary bike passes and maps.

There are also bike sharing on-site rentals along the I&M Canal in La Salle, Morris, Channahon and Utica.
