Thanksgiving 2022 Grocery Store Hours In Homer Glen, Lockport

HOMER GLEN-LOCKPORT, IL — Thanksgiving is nearly here, and people in Homer Glen and Lockport are busy planning the perfect menu for this year’s holiday dinner.

In the rush to make a complete holiday meal for the entire family, it’s quite possible we’ll forget an item or two on our grocery lists. Fortunately, plenty of grocery stores in Homer Glen and Lockport will be open Thanksgiving Day to pick up the forgotten rolls or the missing can of cranberry sauce.

CVS: All 24-hour CVS Pharmacy locations will remain open with regular hours on Thanksgiving. Non-24-hour CVS Pharmacy locations will close at 5 p.m. Some locations may have reduced pharmacy hours or may be closed for the holiday. The company recommends calling ahead to confirm store hours.

Jewel-Osco: Stores will be open on Thanksgiving 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Located at 16625 W. 159th St., in Lockport and 14200 S. Bell Road, in Homer Glen.

Meijer: Most store locations are open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Located at 14169 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen.

Walgreens: Most Walgreens stores will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Walgreens stores and pharmacies that operate 24 hours will be open, with other select pharmacies open with modified hours. Customers are encouraged to check their local store hours before heading out.
