Village of Homer Glen Requesting Proposals for Revision of Subdivision Regulations

The Village of Homer Glen is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for professional services in the revision of subdivision and land development regulations.
The purpose of this job is to review the requirements and standards regulating the subdivision and platting of land within the corporate limits, and plat approval jurisdiction of the Village, identifying deficiencies, and describing procedural steps and standards of the regulations clearly consistent with Village goals. The revised ordinance will be consistent with itself and the rest of the Village Code.
Solicitation documents may be obtained by visiting the Village of Homer Glen's website. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm (CST) on Friday, February 17, 2017, as described in the RFP.
