Water Bubble Wall Coming To Homer Library Thanks To Community Support

The bubble wall is calming and relaxing for adults and youth, including those with sensory needs.

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Homer Township Public Library will have a new water bubble wall, thanks in part to a donation from the Village of Homer Glen's Ability Awareness Committee.

Library Director Sheree Kozel-La Ha said the library has a wish list of sensory opportunities, and the water bubble wall was included on that.

"Specifically, the bubble wall offers a calming, relaxing and flowing aspect that can be beneficial to adults and youth, including those with sensory needs," Kozel-La Ha said. "This creates an inclusive welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely feature that has a sensory experience for visitors and their families."
