75 Grams Of Pot Found During Halloween Traffic Stop, Cops Say
A Chicago man faces several charges after police made the traffic stop on Halsted Street.

HOMEWOOD, IL - Homewood police arrested a Chicago man on Halloween night on charges that he intended to deliver cannabis and a controlled substance. Kinsley Williams, 29 was stopped in the 17400 block of Halsted Street at 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Williams had in his possession approximately 75 grams of suspect cannabis in "numerous" small baggies, according to police. He was also in possession of two bottles of suspect Promethazine in syrup form without the required prescription, police said.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacture/deliver or possession with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of cannabis (approximately 75 grams), loud muffler/no muffler and driving while license suspended/revoked.
