Dear Reader,
Alchemy is simply the art of transformation, the process of turning one thing into another. We witness it constantly in everyday life. Every breath is an act of alchemy as the body transforms oxygen into carbon dioxide. Every meal is an act of alchemy as heat transforms separate ingredients into nourishment.
Our thoughts work in much the same way. Sometimes changing our reality begins with changing the story we tell ourselves. When we soften harsh inner dialogue, shift our perspective, or choose compassion over criticism, we transform the energy we carry within us.
This week, I invite you to explore the art of alchemy in your own life. The next time something does not go as planned, pause before reacting and ask yourself, “Is there another way I could see this?” Notice how even a small shift in thought can begin to change your experience.
Wishing you a week of presence, perspective, and transformation,
Liz

Eat | The bitter taste has a unique ability to lighten, clarify, and stimulate the digestive system, yet many of us are missing it in our modern diets. This week’s article explores why bitters matter and how they can help us feel more balanced, energized, and clear.
Try This | Step outside at dusk, pause, and allow your senses to settle. Listen carefully until you can distinguish four different layers of sound. Allow yourself to receive the world without needing to change or analyze it.
Where can you alchemize your experience this week?
