The fire was limited to one condo on the fifth floor. All residents were safely evacuated from the building and accounted for.

Four individuals were treated for minor smoke inhalation injuries and transported to a local hospital. No fatalities were reported.

Fire officials anticipate that residents will be allowed to return to their units later Tuesday evening, except for those living on the fifth floor, where damage assessment and cleanup efforts will continue.

The incident prompted a second alarm response, along with an EMS alarm, bringing additional fire and emergency medical personnel to the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
