• Homewood adds $50,000 to business incentive programs (hfchronicle.com) — Homewood's Village Board has added $50,000 to its non-TIF business incentive programs, expanding funding available this fiscal year for local building upgrades and storefront improvements. Property and business owners can apply for reimbursement of up to half their eligible costs through three programs, including Go Green!, Retail Enhancement, and Facade and Property Improvement, with criteria expected to be updated for 2027-28.
