Liz's Mindful Mondays | Weekly Reflections + Inspiration from the Heart of Serendipity Yoga and Wellness

This post was contributed by a community member.

Dear Reader,

On Sunday, I gathered with a group of friends and spent the day on a book crawl, which is similar to a bar crawl... but with coffee shops and books instead of bars.

We moved from one shop to another with books in hand. Sometimes we talked. Sometimes we sat together in silence. We read, sipped mindfully, and savored the simple sweetness of being near one another.

There was no agenda to complete. No goal to achieve. Nothing to prove. Just friendship, coffee, quiet pages, and presence.

It was such a beautiful reminder that joy does not always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from slowing down enough to notice what is already here.

Shanti (Peace),
Liz

Inspire | "Life isn't just about reaching the next milestone. The little moments you enjoy along the way are just as meaningful." Unknown

Read | Yesterday, I sat and read all day. It was delightful and helped me discover a book that will forever be in my top three. Grab some tissue, sit back, prepare to ugly cry, and read Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

Try This | Find three little things that bring you happiness but have nothing to do with achieving a goal or checking something off of a to do list.

What is one little moment you can celebrate this week?
