Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) has named the Ingalls Family Care Center in Flossmoor a recipient of the 2011 National Excellence in Healthcare awards for consistently achieving “excellent” care ratings by patients.
Ingalls FCC in Flossmoor was awarded a five-star rating for scoring in the top 10 percent of PRC’s national client database for emergency department care. The prestigious award is based on the percentage of patients who rate a facility “excellent” for overall quality of care.
“Your facility’s focus on excellence is making it a better place to work, a better place to practice medicine and a better place for your patients to be treated,” said PRC President and CEO Joe M. Inguanzo, Ph.D., in a congratulatory letter to Ingalls.
